I love On's products, this store is very nice. Vanessa, the manager was just amazing! Had issues with the online service, was back and forth with them for over a week. Vanessa really tried to be creative and find ways to help. Eventually she resolved my problem and saved me hours of emails/phone calls. Thanks to her I'll continue to purchase On's products.

This flagship store is by far the best. Location in the heart of Brooklyn’s quiet neighborhood, the friendliness of the staff and management are second to none. All of them are very attentive and would make sure you are satisfied with their services and products. Clean and neat store, approachable team members and exceptional customer service is very uncommon nowadays and this store is amazing in providing that.

This store is awesome. I was helped by Vanessa and Jen who led me to the Roger tennis sneaker. (I’ve had two pairs of Roger’s before, but they were fashion sneakers.). When I were these on the court last week, I was really impressed how natural they felt once I got into position. I felt unstoppable. Lol.

after spending two months looking up the shoes that I like from on online I finally decided to stop by a store to try them on and see how they fit my feet. I was so happy that Antonio spent the time to walk me through all of the shoes I was interested in, help me try them on, and give me some more background information about the different shoes to help me make an informed decision about the kinds of shoes that I need. he was super patient and knowledgeable as I tried on 10 pairs of different shoes in various colors and sizes.

Bought the cutest pair of trainers and was serviced by Mikayla, super sweet and helpful girl who helped picked out the size/color really carefully and without incredible patience!!! Definitely appreciate the customer service and looking forward to come again.

Amazing experience at the On Williamsburg store. The layout is beautiful, and the staff go above and beyond. Mik was especially great — she took the time to listen to what I needed, walked me through different options, and made sure I found the perfect fit. Easily one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a while.

If you’re looking for the most comfortable pair of sneakers please buy them here also Antonio help us to choose the sneaker according with my needs and we end it up buying more pairs although the store was packed he treat us like we were the only ones at the store.
